Upon booking and confirming your trip, you will receive an invoice with relevant details. After confirmation, a prompt deposit of 25% is required.
For last-minute bookings (departure within one week), full payment must be made immediately after confirmation.
The trip duration is indicated in full days, with departure and arrival days counting as complete days. Travelers must carry proof of required vaccinations upon departure and throughout the trip. BennysTravel.com is not responsible for any consequences resulting from missing vaccinations before traveling.
For all-inclusive trips, the customer is entitled to one (1) sleeping space per person.
Published rates are based on a cabana or hut with shared sleeping arrangements for multiple guests. This means customers paying the listed rate may share accommodations with others. Note: This condition applies only to jungle tours where only group lodging is available.
BennysTravel.com cannot be held liable for damages caused by limited transportation, communication, or medical assistance.
Travelers must obtain suitable travel, accident, and cancellation insurance at their own expense. BennysTravel.com reserves the right to modify the travel itinerary due to force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, or safety reasons.
Cancellations
For cancellations of day trips tot 7-day tours, the following fees apply:
10–15 days before departure (excluding departure day): 5% of the total trip cost.
5–9 days before departure: 25% of the total trip cost.
Less than 3 days before departure: Full payment is due.
For full package/Rondreizen tours, different cancellation fees apply:
More than 30 days before departure: 25% of the total trip cost.
7–30 days before departure: 90% of the total trip cost.
Less than 7 days before departure: Full payment is due.
